Parnia Vaghef

Parnia Vaghef is an associate attorney at Montero Law Group, LLC, where she maintains a broad practice spanning criminal and traffic defense, DUI representation, civil litigation, as well as wills, deeds, and business document drafting. She is admitted to practice in both Maryland and Washington, D.C.

Parnia earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law, where she also completed a Health Law Certificate. During law school, she served as Symposium Editor on the executive board of the Journal of Health Care Law & Policy and participated in the Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic for two years. Her work in the clinic, including leading its eviction prevention program during the COVID-19 pandemic, earned her the Public Service Award for helping hundreds of Prince George’s County residents avoid displacement.

Before moving to Maryland in 2019, Parnia graduated cum laude from Georgia State University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a concentration in pre-law.

Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience through internships with organizations such as AARP’s Legal Counsel for the Elderly and the Maryland Hospital Association.

Parnia brings a balanced and practical approach to both litigation and transactional work, always striving to advocate for her clients with clarity, diligence, and compassion. She is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Montgomery County, and the Prince George’s County Bar Association.
