Stephanie (Tingshuo) Yi is a Maryland-barred attorney with a growing practice focused on civil and family law litigation. She has represented clients in contested family law and civil matters in the largest family law firm in Maryland. Her work involved managing litigation strategy from initial client meeting through trial, providing client-centered counsel, and preparing comprehensive legal filings in accordance with court procedures.

Stephanie earned her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as an Articles Editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal. During law school, Stephanie was committed to public service roles. She participated in the Domestic Violence Clinic, where she served as a Certified Student Attorney at the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office, worked with domestic violence victims, drafted prosecution memoranda, negotiated plea deals, and assisted in witness preparation. Her diverse legal experience also contributed to national child welfare policy research as a Legal Intern at the ABA Center on Children and the Law, where she examined ethics guidelines and comparative reparations policy.

Stephanie pursued a broad legal education during law school, with coursework in international law, corporate finance, copyright and trademark law, and family law.
