Kimberly Caspari

Kimberly (“Kim”) Caspari brings more than two decades of legal, real estate, and business experience to Montero Law Group. Licensed to practice law in Maryland since 1996, Kim’s background spans estate administration, real estate law, family law, landlord-tenant disputes, guardianship, and complex contract negotiations. She has also served as a mediator in Maryland courts, helping to resolve disputes with creativity and fairness.

In addition to her legal practice, Kim is an accomplished real estate broker with over twelve years of experience in residential and commercial transactions throughout Maryland. Her work includes title management, distressed property sales, corporate negotiations, and supervising agents in high-value real estate transactions. This dual legal and brokerage perspective allows her to guide clients with a comprehensive understanding of both the legal and practical aspects of property law and business dealings.

Kim also draws from her experience as a business owner, having successfully launched and managed companies in both the legal and commercial sectors. Her entrepreneurial background, coupled with her M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore and B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland, College Park, equips her to provide clients with a uniquely strategic approach to problem-solving, contract drafting, and negotiations.

Earlier in her career, Kim practiced with Miles & Stockbridge and worked in-house at Constellation Energy Group/Baltimore Gas & Electric, focusing on compliance, corporate benefits, and regulatory matters. She has also taught real estate principles as an adjunct professor at the Community College of Baltimore County.

Born in Seoul, South Korea, and raised in Anne Arundel County near Ft. Meade, Kim has been part of the Baltimore community for over 25 years. She is the proud mother of five sons and enjoys CrossFit, tennis, and yoga.
